How to Keep Your Skin Looking Fresh This Spring

Everything is so fresh and new in the Springtime. Don't you want your skin to feel that way, too?

Follow these easy steps to keep your skin feeling and looking fresh this Spring!
  • Exfoliate - Super clean skin is Fresh skin. So jump start your skin's Spring cleaning with an exfoliation. After cleansing with your favorite daily cleanser, make it a habit to use an exfoliant to slough away dead gray skin cells, exposing your deep down radiant skin. I like Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant, which sloughs, smooths, and brightens skin gently.
  • Moisturize - Drench your skin in much needed moisture. Dry Winter weather combined with the harsh effects of indoor heat and  your skin is bound to be crying for hydration. Replace what's missing with moisture plus SPF, like Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF 30 to hydrate and protect.
  • Use Sunblock -  although Spring sun feels nowhere as harsh as Summer sun, the damaging effects of the rays are the same. Use straight Sunblock, Primer with SPF, or a moisturizer and SPF in one, like I mentioned above. Sun damage is the #1 cause of wrinkles, so protect yourself!
  • Apply Bronzer - Since the sun hasn't been seen for months, you may feel pale or lacking in color. Bronzer adds the perfect pop of sun-kissed color without the need for (or the damage from) the sun.
With these few easy steps, you can achieve and maintain fresh looking, healthy skin all Spring!
