B is for Beauty

Ever wonder what you can take to make your skin and hair more healthy?

I am a big believer in the power of B!
B5 (panothenic acid) and B3 (niacin) are especially important for healthy hair growth.
I like taking one complete multivitamin, which includes all the B's I need.

Simple additions to your diet, including foods rich in B vitamins, such as beans, peas, carrots, cauliflower, soy beans, bran, nuts and eggs, can help boost healthy hair. B is also a great anti-stress supplement for women, as well. So, take your B for Beauty! (always check with your doctor first)

Something else to keep in mind:
Beware of fat-free diets, as our bodies need some types of fat. Additionally, essential fatty acids in the diet can help minimize dry, brittle hair and flaky skin.
